This Project was awarded by Colin Gorman of Cullion Developments we were sub contracted to carry out a site clearance, hoarding and groundworks for the foundation of the 55 apartments based in She eld, Fitzalan Road. After completing our works in 11 weeks we were then asked to carry on and complete additional works due to the work ethic and manner we conducted our works.

This Project was a joint project between ourselves and Dsuza Group in which we would construct a concrete deck that will be the foundation of the new stylish modern apartments being built just 20 minutes from Manchester city centre, this project was completed within 2 weeks to a very high standard, the client was very impressed and gave us the contractor of choice award for future projects.

Scheme RC Slab Works
This project was awarded by Buckingham group for the construction of reinforced concrete slabs for both the IDB and pumping station this project was to be completed in a timely manner of two weeks.
This area has planning permission for up to 3,150 houses, including low-cost housing, two retail and commercial centres, a 60-bed care home, two primary schools, community buildings, a medical centre, 50 hectares of mixed-use commercial development and landscaped green community spaces.
